Do you feel like God may be calling you to ministry but you aren’t sure where to start? We’ve got the answer. Our Residency Program is built to move leaders from interested in ministry to equipped for ministry. Our program offers a dedicated season of training designed to prepare you for the ministry God is calling you to.

Residents will focus their energy in a particular ministry area but will receive a broad range of experience in all aspects of church leadership. Each ministry residency is built around the candidate to help them achieve their ministry goals.

Our full-time residency will accelerate your ministry growth by immersing you daily in real church leadership. Instead of learning only in theory, they will practice preaching, discipleship, pastoral care, and administration under close supervision, with regular feedback that sharpens both character and competence. The consistent rhythm of ministry, mentoring, and evaluation will expose weaknesses quickly and build durable habits. This environment will deepen your theological convictions, strengthen your leadership skills, and better prepare you for long-term service in the church.
Full-time residents are paid and stipend of $12,000 per year and then asked to raise whatever money they need on top of that. We’ll provide all of the training and resources you need to raise the funds.

A part-time residency track can be best for someone training for ministry because it allows them to stay in their current career and maintain a steady income while they grow. They don’t have to pause life to raise support or take on financial strain, which can reduce pressure on their family and free them to focus on learning. At the same time, they gain real ministry experience through consistent service, coaching, and evaluation. This model lets them test and confirm their calling, build durable skills, and transition wisely—without the stress of an immediate, all-or-nothing leap.
Part-time residents still attend the weekly meetings and turn in assignments--there’s no short-changing their learning. Instead of getting their practical experience during business hours, we use their ministry volunteering to train them for the future.
